I was craving for some sushi this weekend and Teppan seemed like a great choice. Teppan literally translates to “iron plate”, that is used for stir frying in Japanese cuisine. The eatery is located on the 3rd floor of the same building that houses two more popular restaurants- Benjarong and Ente Keralam.
The restaurant has an understated elegance and calm about it. The decor consists of simple but classy wooden furniture, lovely paintings and some pretty geisha dolls.
Went out to see Ulsoor and Jayamahal pandals today. Ulsoor puja was organized in RBANMS grounds, and it took us a while to reach there because of the crazy traffic. I had almost given up any hopes of visiting the pandal, because there was absolutely no parking space left on the streets. But by sheer luck, we found a spot, parked our car and heaved a sigh of relief!
This puja boasts of being one of the oldest in Bangalore. The place had innumerable stalls of food, organic groceries, cars and so much more. We finally made our way to the place where all the idols were placed.
