New restaurant alert!
This city never disappoints when it comes to good food and new places. This place has recently opened in HSR, and is located on the same lane as that of Dunkin Donuts. We noticed it a couple of days back and instantly decided to pay a visit soon 🙂
If you are a Bangalorean and haven’t visited this place, you are missing something 🙂 I can’t stop gushing about this place, so this review is a long one 😀
This place had been on my to-visit list for a while, but it’s really far from my place (somewhere around 23 kms), so it was still pending. We finally got a chance to visit this paradise on a weekday. Thankfully it didn’t take us very long for reaching this place, but a long time to come back home.
It is spread across 6th and 8th floor of a particular building in EPIP zone, Whitefield. We both instantly fell in love with the place, the moment we stepped in. It is classy and not at all loud in terms of decor and music.
Excellent chats and jalebis if you don’t mind the unruly queues. Samosas and kachoris are great. Prices are quite reasonable.
A must visit for yummy snacks.
Mouthwatering kachoris (both aloo pyaz and dal). Haven’t really tried anything else from here, but looking at the crowd, I’m sure everything must be good.
There’s no parking on that street, so I have always opted for takeaway.
Decent place for having chaats.
Service is painfully slow. We visited on a sunday evening, when this place was not too crowded.
Ordered a plate of samosas, papdi chaat and aloo tikkis. Samosas took around half an hour to arrive, and didn’t taste fresh. Papdi chaat was good and tikkis were okay.
Will visit next time and try out a few more things.
