Such a sad day. I was having such a good time shopping in Phoenix Market City a couple of days back and looking forward to a delicious lunch afterwards in Noodle Bar. Unfortunately, we reached the restaurant and saw it was closed. And then it got worse, when we found out that most of the eateries were closed due to prohibition in the city 😦
I was in no mood to have lunch in food court, and thankfully we stumbled upon Hungry Monk, which is located in a secluded corner of the mall.
After getting biryani from Nanda’s, we spotted Yo! China and thought of getting some soup and dimsums.
Their seating and decor had changed from what I remember. Seemed a little too dark inside.
Beautiful place on the busy food street in koramangala 5th block. This place had always looked inviting(thanks to the wonderful photos here).
After looking at the reviews which talked about the place getting crowded over weekends, we called up to book a table, but the receptionist told us that they didn’t take bookings after 1’o clock. Hmph!
This is one of the many desi chinese place in b’lore. I ordered for veg manchow and sweetcorn soup, and veg momos for home delivery through zomato.
I love this place, but unfortunately it’s far from our house and we don’t get to come here often.
Luckily we were in this area today and came for some evening tea and snacks.
Have ordered for home delivery from here a couple of times. Their portions are quite big.
Wantons are really nice, rice and noodles and gravies are average like the other low priced oriental places.
Decent enough if you are craving for some desi style chinese food.
