Candolim, Goa

This was our last evening in North Goa and we thought “you can never have enough of beaches, isn’t it” :)? And so, we went to the lovely Candolim beach.

Mum & Dad enjoying the lovely beach

This beach was less crowded than Baga and Calangute, and hence cleaner too. Waves were high here and we couldn’t go much deep into the waters. But we did have lovely walk to Fort Aguada.

Tito’s lane, Goa

Visit to Goa is never quite complete without enjoying its nightlife 🙂 Last time it was Club Cabana, and this time around, we thought of doing some pub hopping in Tito’s lane.

After dropping parents off at home, four of us reached Tito’s around 10 p.m. Entry fees per couple is INR 1000 and you can redeem it against any F&B. The place looks beautiful with a variety of seating. The decor is charming with perfect lighting, elegant furniture and looks like a perfect place to unwind. Dance floor is in a separate section, if you want to shake a leg. Continue reading

Harry’s Bar + Cafe, Koramangala

Looking for super-boozy drinks with some seriously good food? Head to Harry’s Bar & cafe in Koramangala. I had been to their Whitefield outlet before and loved that too, but now I think I’m slightly biased towards this one.

We usually stay in on Friday nights, thanks to the mad traffic outside. But this Friday, after a restaurant goofed up our home delivery order, we headed out for dinner. And as luck would have it, we didn’t get any table in Fenny’s and Social.

I had Harry’s also on my mind, so we finally went there and bingo! Got a table immediately. The place had booming music and was almost packed. Well, almost 🙂

Finally a 5/5 @Windmills Craftworks, Whitefield

If you are a Bangalorean and haven’t visited this place, you are missing something 🙂 I can’t stop gushing about this place, so this review is a long one 😀

This place had been on my to-visit list for a while, but it’s really far from my place (somewhere around 23 kms), so it was still pending. We finally got a chance to visit this paradise on a weekday. Thankfully it didn’t take us very long for reaching this place, but a long time to come back home.

It is spread across 6th and 8th floor of a particular building in EPIP zone, Whitefield. We both instantly fell in love with the place, the moment we stepped in. It is classy and not at all loud in terms of decor and music.

Pubbing punjabi style @ Peddlers

Coming to Chandigarh and not checking out the nightlife! Not done 🙂

And when in Punjab, do as the Punjabis do 🙂 So Friday night we headed to a place called Peddlers, which had decent number of good Zomato reviews and was located in the very famous Elante Mall. I made a booking and reached around 9:30.

The place was sort of empty, but the music was nice and not too loud. It’s not a very big place, but has a lovely rustic ambiance.

Sancho’s, UB City

This place had been on our list for quite some time, and finally we made it over the weekend. We reached around 8’o clock and were fortunate to get a table outside. It got crowded after a while.

We ordered for draft beer, campeche bay margarita, and small portions of fiesta nachos and molletitos.

Fenny’s Lounge And Kitchen, Koramangala 7th Block

Oh how I love this place! This is possibly one of the best lounges in Koramangala. It’s laidback, has got a good amount of seating, enough space between tables and doesn’t feel crammed even when it’s full. Music is good and not too loud, so you don’t have to scream to get yourself heard.
