Kachori Cafe, HSR

Both of us were looking forward to a lunch at a new place in HSR this Saturday, but after witnessing a rather long jam right in front of our apartment, we came back home and decided to order in.

Mr. H suggested Kachori Cafe and we placed an order online for kadhi kachori, pav bhaji, chole kulche and papdi chat (yes, we were starving!).

Order arrived on time and was neatly packed. Quantities were also good. Here’s how I found the food:

Kadhi kachori: I had never tried this combination before and quite liked it. Though it was a bit hot for my taste, it was definitely very tasty. I’ll recommend this, but instead of ordering in it’s probably better to have it fresh.

Pav bhaji: Pavs were fresh and soft. Bhaji was a bit salty, hot and average in taste.

Chole kulche: Kulchas(round soft breads) were fresh and I liked the chole(chickpeas) too. They were mildly spiced and tasted good.

Papdi chat: I am not a papdi chat fan, but hubby said it was really good. So I’ll go with his opinion 🙂

I will recommend this place to satiate your chat/street food cravings and will definitely order again.
