All of us at home were craving for some desi Chinese today, and I decided to try out this new place on Zomato food ordering app.
It had an interesting menu with both Chinese and North Indian food. We ordered for veg american chopsuey, gobhi manchurian and kung pao chicken.
Our order arrived within the mentioned ETA and was packed well.
Gobhi manchurian was crunchy and delicious. Although a little hot, it was absolutely mouthwatering.
American chopsuey was good too, usual crispy noodles and a sweetish gravy to go with it.
Kung pao chicken had negligible gravy, but tasted quite nice. It had succulent chunks of chicken along with some babycorn and mushroom.
The food here is a little greasy, but prices are not high and their quantities are good too. Have added it to my list of desi Chinese places for home delivery.
Now a little bit of trivia: Did you know neither american chopsuey nor manchurian is a part of Chinese cuisine? American chopsuey is a pasta dish which originated in America, and Indian modified it with crispy noodles. Manchurian is believed to have been developed by a Chinese community living in Kolkata.
